Immigration client portal software in 2026: 5 options compared
Five immigration client portal options compared by documented form, case, and client-document workflows. Reviewed September 2026.
Reviewed September 27, 2026 against vendor-owned pages. This is not a test of form accuracy, document analysis, filing reliability, or client response time.
An immigration firm needs two linked capabilities: managing its cases and collecting correct information from clients. Case systems include forms, deadlines, and filings; a client-document workflow handles requests, uploads, corrections, and signatures. The five options below emphasize different parts of that work. Their published features should guide a demonstration, not be read as a ranked outcome.
Five products and their documented scope
| Product | Published emphasis | Source |
|---|---|---|
| zendoc | Client requests, uploads, messaging, e-signatures, and Agent-reviewed document Analysis; no immigration filing engine | zendoc plans |
| Docketwise | Immigration smart forms, case tracking, client portal, and document requests; Pro adds texting, e-filing, signatures, and legal AI | Docketwise plans |
| INSZoom | US, Canadian, and global immigration case management with workflows, questionnaires, and integrations | Mitratech INSZoom |
| eImmigration | Immigration forms, questionnaires, document repository, and client portal with published per-user plans | eImmigration pricing |
| LollyLaw | Immigration case management, forms, multilingual questionnaires, and client portal | LollyLaw product |
The feature descriptions come from the vendors. A portal does not guarantee the same login, permission, upload, or staff-review experience in every product. Ask each vendor to demonstrate your most common petition type and the document correction it requires.
Texting and AI need specific questions
Docketwise’s pricing page lists text messaging and DocketWise IQ in Pro; its help center documents two-way client SMS. eImmigration describes intake links sent by text. INSZoom describes machine-learning-assisted data entry from notices. These are different features. None proves that a client-uploaded passport is legible, complete, or ready for filing without staff review.
zendoc’s Model proposes issues on uploaded documents; an Agent makes the decision. A firm should test its own passport scans, translations, and forms in any candidate product rather than claim that one product catches every problem or that other portals never assist staff.
Pricing and fit
Docketwise and eImmigration publish per-user pricing, but Docketwise’s marketing page and recent pricing help currently differ on exact figures. This guide therefore does not quote a Docketwise rate. eImmigration’s live pricing should be checked for the selected billing term and optional modules. Mitratech and LollyLaw should be asked for current quotes and contract terms. zendoc’s current plans use a per-firm model with allowances.
