Credits are shared by your firm. Included credits refill monthly, even on annual plans. Purchased credits carry over. Failed work is refunded, and there are no automatic overage charges.
A document review costs at least 10 credits: one per PDF page or image, or per 4,000 extracted characters, rounded up. A Copilot answer costs 20 credits. Form reviews, cross-document checks, paperwork agreement checks and follow-up drafts cost 10 credits each.
